I'm glad to announce that today my university, Università Politecnica delle Marche, is featured in one of the main national newspapers, il Venerdì de La Repubblica.
The 2-page article, describes the music industry of my region, its history and the current status. Facts and figures are given, showing that our region has, by far, the largest number of employee of all Italian regions, in this manufacturing field.
The article was written after the dissemination activities of the "Museo del Synth Italiano" grabbed the attention of thousands of people. This is a yearly temporary synth exhibition that I host together with fellows from the Acusmatiq-MATME association. Many thanks to Daniele Marziali, who is conducting independent research on the topic since the 1990s and Sanzia Milanesi who wrote the article.
